Hi there!
I have trained extensively in somatic movement, bodywork, and perception to anchor my understanding of a coherent body. I’ve been helping clients find body solutions since 2000.
My hands-on work is informed by trainings in craniosacral, visceral manipulation, manual osteopathic traditions, and proprioceptive touch. My movement work is inspired by trainings in Emilie Conrad's Continuum Movement, Svetlana Masgutova's Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration™, somatic movement with Hubert Godard, yoga therapy, and pilates. Studies in perceptual systems include trainings in the Tomatis™ Method, Bates Method and visual perception. I’m also a certified expert in Stanford researcher BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits® method.
If you feel like you've tried everything, contact me. This approach is different. -Sue Choi
In 2023 I published my first book When Things Stick: Untangling Your Body From Old Patterns, which has helped thousands learn to self-regulate through organizing their posture and movement from a centered place.
