Tape your mouth at night for better sleep & dental hygiene

A client reported feeling healthier after practicing mouth-taping at night to ensure nasal-breathing during sleep, which produces nitric oxide. I learned this technique in a Buteyko breathing workshop years ago with Robert Litman.
