Emotions are meaningful interpretations of personal internal experiences. Naming them and using words to think about them clarifies the mind-body connection.
In this course, you'll learn to
1. Identify internal core narratives that move you.
2. Map those narratives down into the sensations they produce in your body.
3. Develop strategies to meet your triggers with automatic body responses.
4. Map sensations up into the larger emotional states you want to feel.
Who is this for?
This course is for people who want to focus on using Coherent Body skills to navigate their emotions. No prior Coherent Body experience necessary.
Expected outcomes
The main goal for this Live Intro is to offer you an experience of change in your body and a path to practice so you this change endures. This empowering experience serves as a starting point for you to evolve this process either on your own or, if you choose to join, within the full program.
