What you will accomplish using the Fundamentals

  1. Be able to implement exact troubleshooting to unpack places where you are stuck in your body in the functions of standing and walking

  2. Develop the skills to identify and change avoidant, compulsive, or internally conflicting behaviors when faced with triggers

  3. Follow a template for making somatic shifts permanent in daily life

  4. Move beyond healing and into more expansive living


What you’ll get

There are two significant things to learn in this course beyond what is in the book:

  1. Accessing your power through the Nautilus circuit concept in multiple ways

  2. Finding spinal rotation and associated connections from feet to head

The Fundamentals includes materials that help you go through these phases:

Phase 1. Learn somatic skills

Library of 110 short lessons (most 5 min or less)

Phase 2. Apply them to your personal narrative

Perspectives (a writing process to help you use your new somatic skills to metabolize dysfunctional personal narratives)

Post your questions directly on each video to support your learning.

You'll have lifetime access to these items as long as you are active on the site.

Live group support

Zoom sessions with Sue 2x per month for 3 months (optional continuation of live sessions for a monthly subscription after 3 months)


1. Workshop (last Sat of the month at 10-11am PT)

2. Standing meditation sessions (lastThurs 8:30-9am)


Private support

You can supplement with single 30-min help sessions with an embodiment coach for $75/session
