There are two significant things to learn in this course beyond what is in the book:
Accessing your power through the Nautilus circuit concept in multiple ways
Finding spinal rotation and associated connections from feet to head
The Fundamentals includes materials that help you go through these phases:
Phase 1. Learn somatic skills
Library of 110 short lessons (most 5 min or less)
23 recorded classes / workshops
Phase 2. Apply them to your personal narrative
Perspectives (a writing process to help you use your new somatic skills to metabolize dysfunctional personal narratives)
