Every Breath Tells a Story:
An Introduction to Continuum Movement

A Two-Hour Experiential Workshop with Robert Litman of
The Breathable Body

What is your breathing body telling you?
Every breath tells a story.

Continuum Movement, developed by the late Emilie Conrad, is a process of inquiry into the water-based, ever-moving water quality of our body – our innate fluid nature. You can
watch her talk about it in this video.

During this two-hour introduction, Robert will guide you through the use of breath, sound, and wave-like movement to deepen your attention and become more familiar with the potential of your body's inner landscape.

We'll explore the felt sense of breathing and movement from the inside out. A particular focus will be the relationship between the tongue and the tailbone, discovering how this connection may support the spine and our sense of uprightness.

Through these explorations, you'll begin developing an intimate familiarity with the language of bodily sensation that initiates from sound and propagates through the body as fluid movement and breath.
