Perpetually curious about what moves a person, I have pursued trainings in bodywork, somatic movement, and perception to anchor my understanding of a coherent body. My hands-on work is informed by training in craniosacral, visceral manipulation, lymphatic drainage, and proprioceptive touch. My movement work is inspired by Emilie Conrad's Continuum Movement, Moshé Feldenkrais, Svetlana Masgutova's Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration™, Alexander Technique, manual osteopathic traditions, dance, dance medicine with Marika Molnar of Westside Dance PT (NYC), yoga therapy, and pilates. Studies in perceptual systems include training in the Tomatis Method, Bates Method, visual perception, and vocalization.

In my prior career, I traded and developed tools for valuation of complex financial derivatives. My capacity to understand complexity and translate that understanding into concrete outcome continues to serve me as I help people understand themselves through their bodies.
